Outside North Carolina
The State Health Plan's out-of-state provider network for the PPO will be managed by the Blue Cross and Blue Shield Association BlueCard® (PPO) program. To locate a provider outside of North Carolina,
click here. You will need to click on the Guest tab and select PPO as the product type.
Out of the Country
If you need to obtain health care outside of the United States, just go to a local provider and
submit your claims (PDF, 32KB) later for reimbursement.
