New Pharmacy Prior Authorization Program for Provigil
Beginning March 1, 2007, prescriptions for Provigil will require review before they can be filled under the Plan’s pharmacy benefit. The review will use plan rules based on Food and Drug Administration-approved guidelines for uses that are considered reasonable, safe and effective.
